Emile Smith Rowe Joins Terriers On Loan

The 19 year old has made 2 senior league appearances for Arsenal.

Huddersfield Town have made Emile Smith Rowe their first signing of the transfer window, on an end-of-season loan.

The highly-rated Londoner plays primarily on the wing or in attacking midfield and has made two senior League appearances for his parent club, Arsenal.

The 19 year old has been capped for England at every youth level from Under-16s to Under-20s, and was part of the England side that won the Under-17s World Cup in 2017.

His last loan was an injury-blighted spell at Leipzig, but the fact that a club that are currently sitting atop the Bundesliga considered Smith Rowe worth a punt should excite Terriers fans.

We spoke to youth football journalist Joe Donnohue from Scouted Football for his take on the talented youngster.
