A Halifax soldier, based in Afghanistan, is going to wax off his Movember moustache at midnight tonight all in the name of charity.
LClp James Beck, who's serving with the 1st Armoured Division Signals Regiment, decided to grow the lip-warmer in November for Help For Heroes.
Speaking from Lashkar Gah, he told us how it has helped him keep his mind off not being with friends and family during Christmas.
"It definitely helps with morale, especially at a time of yearlike this."
"It'll be going to Help For Heroes, a brilliant charity who I've money for before."
"It's only when you're out here that you realise what they do for us."
