Cooper Cuts Loan Deal Short

19-year-old to return to Hull City

Huddersfield Town defender Liam Cooper has cut short his loan deal at the Galpharm and returned to Hull City.

The 19-year-old defender has gone back to the Tigers in an attempt to impress new manager Nick Barmby.

Cooper has made three starts and two substitute appearances for the Terriers this season.

Town Manager Lee Clark said: "We are delighted with the way that Liam has acquitted himself during his time at the Club. He is a fantastic lad, a good player and he integrated into the group very well."

"I fully understand that he ahs decided that he would like to go back to Hull City. All the parties have agreed, we have shaken hands with Liam- everything was amicable."
