Huddersfield-born Gorden Kaye died last month at the age of 75.
The funeral will take place today for the Huddersfield-born ‘Allo ‘Allo star Gorden Kaye.
The actor who died last month at the age of 75 was one of the most famous faces on British TV for his role in the sitcom.
He had a two-year battle with dementia before his death.
'Allo ‘Allo! stars Vicki Michelle and Sue Hodge as well as former Coronation Street actor Ken Morley are expected to attend the service at Huddersfield Parish Church at 12.30pm when Rev Simon Moor will conduct the service.
Rev Moor told Pulse 1 & Pulse 2: "He had a great career for a number of years - he appeared in some serious stuff, many sitcoms, Coronation Street, and of course 'Allo 'Allo.
"It's a public service so we have no idea how many people will turn up."
"We're doing his funeral here because it was his request to come home - which also happens to be one of the hymns we are singing for him"
