Pensioner in hospital following a collision in Farsley
A pensioner remains in a serious condition in hospital after an accident in West Yorkshire.
At around 5.35pm on Saturday, a taxi was reversing from New Street onto Poplar Square when it was in collision with a male pedestrian.
The 85 year old man was taken to the Leeds General Infirmary.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact PC Paul Conroy of the Roads Policing Unit on the non-emergency number, 101.
