The man in his 40s was knocked down by a car on Sunday night.
A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Halifax.
At around 11pm on Sunday night, a black Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian were involved in a collision on Queens Road. The car was travelling in the direction of Hopwood Lane.
The pedestrian, a man in his 40s, suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The driver stopped at the scene and is helping officers with their enquiries.
Officers are appealing for anyone with any information to come forward.
PC James Heslop, of the Roads Policing Unit said:
“I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this collision or for anyone who was driving through the area at the time and may have dash-cam footage to come forward.”
