The Marsden facility was broken into earlier this week.
Police are appealing for information following a burglary at Holme Valley Mountain Rescue where prescription drugs were stolen.
They say the incident happened overnight between Monday and Tuesday (26th, 27th August) at the facility on Manchester Road in Marsden.
Suspects broke into the premises and forced a safe from inside the building off the wall.
A laptop and two computer screens were also stolen.
The safe contained a large quantity of medical supplies of prescriptions drugs including Morphine and Diazepam, also known as Valium.
A quantity of drugs and some paperwork has been recovered nearby, but there are still a lot missing.
Police say enquiries are ongoing.
